License
By purhasing a license, you will get:
- Executable code with an elaborate user manual and program documentation in English. Fisver Java API comes with the additional javadoc;
- Royalty-free license for using the API or the Proxy in an unlimited number of your own commercial applications;
- Support and consulting with integration of the product into your own program solution;
- Free patches and bug-fixes for all possible bugs within one-year warranty period.
- Free upgrades with any mission-critical features or changes introduced by the Central Information Service, within one-year warranty period.*
* "Mission-critical features or changes" are considered all technical and/or business changes on the Central Information Service that would impair existing features of the API or the Service. Additional functionalities are not included.
The License does not grant you:
- Right to the source code;
- Changes of the existing Product code by a user or a third-party;
- Further selling and reselling of the Product;
- Transferring the License to a third-party.
To use the Fisver Java API or Fisver Proxy Service in production, a tax-payer should purchase its own set of private certificates. You, as a developer, can apply for a free personalized test-certificate - both issued by Fina. Purchase of these certificates is at cost and responsibility of tax payers and developers, independently of purchasing Fisver Java API or Fisver Proxy Service.
