Fiscal Registration of Invoices
Fiscal Registration of Invoices (fiscalization) is a legal obligation in Croatia, Slovenia and Montenegro, and from 2027 in Czechia as well, requiring all B2C invoices to be automatically registered with the Tax Administration using a dedicated web-service.
Even though based on the same system, each country has its own distinct flavour of the service (CIS, FURS, EFI/SEP or EET).
Consequently, all the POS terminals and payment devices in those countries must be modified in order to comply with that requirement.
The Easy Solution
These services provide web-service methods for registering invoices. Payment devices must communicate with the Tax Administration using signed XML messages. This can be a challenge in itself, especially for those less experienced with web-services, TLS, signed XML, certificates, and cryptographic keys.
Fisver Java API and Fisver Proxy handle these complexities for you, allowing you to focus on other development details.
